低温甲醇洗冷量问题分析

摘    要:针对低温甲醇洗工艺中的各种冷量问题,从过程系统工程角度,分析了工艺过程与冷量平衡、换热网络与冷量平衡、公用工程与冷量平衡的关系。介绍了低温甲醇洗工艺过程中的自冷效应及低温吸收的实现过程,探讨了换热网络中的操作夹点问题和冷区阈值问题,简述了各冷却公用工程、加热公用工程在冷量平衡中的作用。

Abstract:In view of various cold energy problems in the process of low-temperature methanol wash,from the perspective of Process Systems Engineering,the analysis was made on the relationships between process and cold balance,HEN and cold balance,utility and cold balance.The auto-refrigeration effect and low-temperature absorption of the low-temperature methanol wash process were introduced,the operation pinch and cold area threshold of HEN were discussed,and the role of each cooling/heating utility in the cold balance was briefly described.
