井下硐室过上覆空巷掘进及支护技术研究

摘    要:为保证燕子山矿1035东区材料暗斜井提升机硐室安全过上覆空巷,基于自稳隐形拱理论,提出从施工方法及支护技术两方面进行优化设计;综合分析后,掘进施工方法采用分区分段施工,支护技术采用锚网索联合支护,在提升机硐室中设置位移管观测,对施工及支护效果进行评价,结果表明,所采用的施工和支护技术有效控制了硐室围岩位移量,保证了提升机硐室过上覆空巷的施工安全。

Abstract:In order to ensure the safety of the hoist chamber in the 1035 east area of Yanzishan mine,based on the theory of self stable invisible arch,the paper puts forward the optimization design from two aspects of construction method and support technology.After comprehensive analysis,the construction method of driving adopts subsection construction,and the support technology adopts bolt mesh cable combined support.The displacement pipe is set in the hoist chamber to observe the construction The results show that the adopted construction and support technology can effectively control the displacement of surrounding rock and ensure the construction safety of the hoist chamber passing over the overlying tunnel.
