基于PumpLinx的叶片出口安放角对离心泵内外性能影响的研究

摘    要:为了全面深入了解叶片出口安放角对离心泵内外工作性能的影响,选取某单级离心泵模型为基础,通过改变叶片出口安放角大小获得6组离心泵水力模型。基于SIMPLEC算法、标准κ-ε湍流模型和雷诺时均的N-S方程作为流动控制方程,通过PumpLinx流体机械仿真软件对不同出口安放角的水力模型进行数值模拟,得到了相应的压力、速度、水力空化云图。通过对比分析,得到了叶片出口安放角对离心泵内外工作性能和空化的影响规律。

Abstract:In order to fully understand the influence of blade outlet angle on the internal and external work performance of centrifugal pump,selected a single-stage centrifugal pump model as the basis and obtained six groups of hydraulic models by changing the blade outlet angle. Based on SIMPLEC algorithm,standard κ-ε turbulence model and Reynolds time average N-S equation as the flow control equation,the hydraulic models with different outlet angles were simulated by the software of PumpLinx hydro mechanical simulation,and the corresponding pressure,velocity and hydraulic cavitation cloud chart were obtained. Through comparative analysis,the influence of blade outlet angle on the internal and external work performance and cavitation of centrifugal pump was obtained.
