极近距离煤层综采工作面低氧综合治理技术

摘    要:为了有效治理极近距离煤层开采期间上覆层采空区有害气体下泄及顶板跨落有害气体瞬时涌出,导致工作面上隅角氧气浓度不达标的问题,采用上覆层大直径钻孔配合套管护孔抽放技术、空气引射器及上下端头封堵等方法,对上覆采空区气体下泄及顶板跨落气体瞬时涌出治理的效果进行研究。结果表明:大直径钻孔配合套管护孔抽放技术使钻孔抽放量提高了40%,大直径钻孔配合套管护孔抽放技术、空气引射器及上下端头封堵方法的综合应用,使上隅角氧气浓度提高了7.4%。

Abstract:In order to effectively control the problem that the oxygen concentration is not up to the standard in the upper corner of the working face and the return air roadway,by the technique of large diameter borehole of overburden layer and casing hole pretection drainage,air ejector and upper and lower ends plugging,the effect of controlling gas leakage from overburden goaf and instantaneous gas emission from roof caving was studied.The results show that drainage volume was increased by 40%under the drainage technology of large diameter borehole with casing hole protection drainage.The oxygen concentration in the upper corner was increased by 7.4%under the comprehensive application of large diameter borehole with casing hole protection drainage technology,air ejector and plugging method at the upper and lower ends.
