基于ANSYS Workbench振动筛激振器轴强度有限元分析

摘    要:激振器作为激振力的来源,能否稳定可靠地工作对于振动筛尤为重要,而激振器轴是激振器的核心部件之一,其受力情况复杂,有必要对其强度进行分析校核。采用SolidWorks建立了激振器轴、斜齿轮和偏心块的装配体模型,分析计算了轴在不同位置的受力情况,对危险工况进行了静力学分析,得到了轴的应力和位移分布情况。对轴进行了模态分析,得到轴的各阶固有频率,得知激振力频率远离固有频率,轴不会产生振动疲劳。最后对轴进行了非比例载荷寿命计算,得到其寿命和安全系数分布情况,得知其疲劳强度符合要求。为激振器轴的设计和改进提供了依据。

Abstract:As the source of the exciting force,whether the vibrator can work stably and reliably is particularly important for vibrating screen.The vibrator shaft is one of the core parts of vibrator,its stress distribution is complex,it is necessary to analyze and check its strength.Assembly model of vibrator shaft,helical gear and eccentric block were built up with SolidWorks,analyzed and calculated the stress condition of the shaft in different locations,conducted statics analysis for dangerous working conditions,obtained the stress and displacement distribution of the shaft.Modal analysis was carried out on the shaft,obtained each inherent frequency of the shaft,found that the exciting force frequency keeps away from the inherent frequency,so the shaft won′t produce vibration fatigue.Finally,life calculation of non-proportional loading was carried on the shaft,and obtained the distribution of life and safety factor,found that its fatigue strength meets the requirements.It provides the basis for the design and improvement of vibrator shaft.
