常村矿21220工作面冲击地压与瓦斯赋存规律研究

摘    要:自燃瓦斯矿井往往在解决瓦斯的同时,由于风量的增加、采空区漏风等原因,可能引发采空区破裂遗煤自燃。由于煤层的自燃又能成为瓦斯燃烧和爆炸的引火源,严重影响瓦斯抽采和安全排放,成为矿井的重大危险源。常村煤矿瓦斯绝对涌出量为10.31 m^3/min,相对涌出量为2.41 m^3/t,综放工作面采用U形全负压上行通风方式。所开采21220工作面直接顶板为泥岩和粗、中砂岩,致密性较好,瓦斯含量较大,且涌出不稳定,采煤工作面上部平均初次来压步距为20.25 m,中部平均初次来压步距为29.5 m,下部平均初次来压步距30.75 m,工作面的日产量与瓦斯排放量呈正比;产量增加到一定值之后,随着产量增加,风排瓦斯量反而有所减小。研究冲击地压与瓦斯涌出规律和治理技术具有重要的理论和实用价值。

Abstract:Spontaneous combustion gas mines often solve the problem of gas,but at the same time,due to the increase of air flow and air leakage in goaf,it may cause spontaneous combustion of residual coal from goaf rupture.Because the spontaneous combustion of coal seam can become the ignition source of gas combustion and explosion,which seriously affects gas extraction and safe discharge,and becomes a major hazard source of mine.The absolute gas emission of Changcun coal mine is 10.31 m^3/min and the relative gas emission is 2.41 m^3/t.The U-shape full negative pressure upward ventilation mode is adopted in fully mechanized caving face.The direct roof of 21220 working face is mudstone and coarse and medium sandstone with good compactness,high gas content and unstable emission.The average first weighting step in the upper part of working face is 20.25 m,the average first weighting step in the middle is 29.5 m,and the average first weighting step in the lower part is 30.75 m.The daily output of working face is proportional to the gas emission.When the output increases to a certain value,it will follow.With the increase of production,the amount of gas discharged by air decreases.It has important theoretical and practical value to study the law of rock burst and gas emission and control technology.
