特厚煤层综放工作面放煤工艺顶煤回收率试验研究

摘    要:文章对同煤集团塔山矿特厚煤层综放开采的顶煤放出规律进行了实践性研究。通过“单轮顺序”、“单轮间隔”、“单轮分段间隔”三种方案的现场试验,得出了三种放煤形式下顶煤回收率及放出含矸率的详实数据。研究表明“大中小微”式的单轮分段间隔放煤法可极大提高该工作面的放煤效率,同时该研究也为类似条件下综放工作面提供了可靠的放煤工艺参数。

Abstract:This paper conducts a practical study on the law of top coal release in fully mechanized caving mining in the extra-thick coal seam of Tashan Mine of Datong Coal Mine Group.Through the on-site tests of the"single wheel sequence","single wheel interval"and"single wheel segmentation interval",detailed data of the top coal recovery rate and the release rate of the coal release type are obtained.The research shows that the"large,medium and small"single-wheel section interval coal caving method can greatly improve the coal caving efficiency of the working face.At the same time,the research also provides reliable coal caving process parameters for the fully mechanized caving face under similar conditions.
