| 摘 要： | 玻璃导轨槽是一种细长且有复杂外形的汽车零件,玻璃导轨是驾驶室车门上必备的冲压件,由于其长度长、刚性差,整体外形呈3D立体形状且断面为半封闭形状,给成形带来许多困难。依据其腹板面形状和翻边类型的不同,提出了两种工艺方案和联合安装模具结构,在实践中证明这种工艺方法最简捷,可以大幅度降低模具成本,是一种比较经济实用的方法。

| Abstract: | Glass guideway slot is a kind of slender and complex automobile parts,glass guideway is anecessary stamping part on the cub door.Because of it's long length and poor rigitidy,the whole shape is 3D solid shape and the section is semi-closed shape,which brings many difficulties to forming.According to the difference of web surface shape and flanging type,tow kinds of process shemes and joint installation die structure are put forword in this paper,in practice,it's proved that this process method is the simplest and can greatly reduce the die codt,and it's a very economical and practical method. |
