摘    要:针对掘进机液压系统故障难以定位的问题,以掘进机截割部液压系统为例,提出一种基于故障树的掘进机液压系统故障定位方法。首先采用故障树分析法对掘进机截割部升降失效的原因进行逻辑分析并建立故障树;其次结合故障树和部件失效率求出顶事件的故障概率,并结合底事件和顶事件的故障率求出底事件的概率重要度和关键重要度;最后对部件的关键重要度进行排序。工程计算结果表明,维修人员可以根据排序结果进行顺序排查,可准确地定位故障并提出解决方案,避免盲目操作,提高了维修效率。

Abstract:In view of the problem that it is difficult to locate the fault of hydraulic system in the roadheader,taking the hydraulic system of the cutting part of the roadheader as an example,proposed a fault location method of the hydraulic system of the roadheader based on fault tree. Firstly,fault tree analysis method was used to analyze the causes of the failure of the cutting section of the roadheader and establish a fault tree. Secondly,the failure probability of the top event was calculated by combining the failure tree and the failure rate of the components,the probability importance and the key importance of the bottom event were calculated by combining the failure rate of the bottom event and the top event. Finally,the key importance of the components were sorted. The engineering calculation results show that maintenance personnel can carry out sequence troubleshooting according to the sorting results,accurately locate faults and propose solutions to avoid blind operation and improve maintenance efficiency.
