基于ANSYS的新型轴封仿真研究

摘    要:新型轴封是为了解决气-液两相流螺杆压缩机现有密封结构普遍存在的热力变形大、使用寿命短等缺陷而设计的。通过ANSYS对机械密封动、静环组件进行热力变形计算分析,对原结构及新型轴封结构的热力变形进行对比。新型轴封结构更为合理,密封性更强。为了解决密封端面不足以密封住冲洗液的问题,增设了反向螺旋槽,使新型轴封具有更好的稳定性。

Abstract:The new type of shaft seal is designed to solve the defects of thermal deformation and short service life of the existing seals of gas-liquid two-phase flow screw compressor.Through the thermal deformation calculation and analysis of the dynamic and static ring components of the mechanical seal by ANSYS,the thermal deformation of the original structure and the new shaft seal structure were compared.The new shaft seal structure is more reasonable and more airtight.In order to solve the problem that the end face of the seal is not enough to seal the flushing fluid,a reverse spiral groove was added to make the new shaft seal have better stability.
