JFE-EH400耐磨钢低强匹配焊接的工艺性研究

摘    要:因JFE-EH400耐磨钢板具有卓越的耐磨性能,在煤矿机械领域有着广泛的应用。但是在进行焊材匹配时,因其抗拉强度达到1400 MPa,按照等强匹配原则,较难选到强度相当的焊丝。鉴于煤矿机械设备在使用过程中主要承受静载荷(主静载荷),综合经济性考虑,现拟用一种常见的低合金焊丝ER69-G进行焊接试验,以研究JFE-EH400钢低强匹配焊接的工艺性。

Abstract:JFE-EH400 wear resistant steel is widely used in the field of coal mine mechanical fields for the excellent wear resistance. However,when matching welding materials,because its tensile strength reaches 1400 MPa,according to the principle of equal strength matching,it is difficult to select the right welding wire. Considering that the conveying equipment in coal mine machinery mainly bears static load(main static load) in use,comprehensive economic considerations,it is proposed to use a common welding wire ER69-G for welding test,to study the processability of low strength matching welding for JFE-EH400 steel.
