内螺纹自动脱模注射模创新设计

摘    要:带内螺纹结构的注射模结构复杂、维修困难及成本较高。对带内螺纹的连接器塑件进行精简化结构创新设计,运用MoldFlow软件进行模流分析,采用液压油缸驱动齿轮条的传动结构,齿轮条定位块保证配合精度,2个限位开关控制齿轮条的运动行程,利用弹簧的作用力推动活动型芯配合齿轮轴旋转脱模,组合式动模方便加工和后期维护,采用侧面潜伏式浇口进料,实现开模自动分离塑件和浇口,以适合全自动化生产。精简化创新设计的齿轮条脱模结构,既解决了内螺纹脱模的问题,又可以稳定生产,模具维护简单方便,节省成本,该创新设计具有一定的参考价值。

Innovative Design of Injection Mold With Internal Thread Automatic Demoulding
Abstract:The injection mold with internal thread structure has complex structure,difficult maintenance and high cost.In this paper,the connector plastic part with internal thread is designed to simplify the structure.MoldFlow software is used for mold flow analysis.Hydraulic cylinder is used to drive the transmission structure of gear strip.The positioning block of gear strip ensures the matching accuracy.Two limit switches control the movement stroke of gear strip,and the function of spring is used push the movable core to cooperate with the gear shaft to rotate and demould,the combined rear mold is convenient for processing and later maintenance,and the side hidden gate feeding is used to realize the automatic separation of products and gates for the full automatic production.The simple and innovative demoulding structure not only solves the problem of internal thread demoulding,but also stabilizes the production.The maintenance of the mold is simple and convenient,and the cost is saved.This innovative design has certain reference value.
