煤矿无轨胶轮车感应防撞装置设计应用

摘    要:为了防止矿用无轨胶轮车在副平硐或近水平(倾角<8°)巷道行驶过程中出现制动系统失灵或超速现象,导致胶轮车失控发生撞车事故,提高煤矿无轨运输安全,大同煤矿集团朔州煤电有限公司通过技术研究,设计了一套无轨胶轮车感应防撞装置,并在南阳坡矿进行应用,通过实际应用发现,该装置使无轨胶轮车撞车事故率降低至3%以下,取得了显著成效。

Abstract:In order to prevent the brake system from malfunctioning or overspeeding during the driving of the mine trackless rubber tire in the sub level or near horizontal(inclination<8°)roadway,the rubber tire car is out of control and a crash occurs,which improves the safety of mine trackless transportation.Datong Coal Mine Group Yanzhou Coal and Electricity Co.,Ltd.designed a set of trackless rubber wheel induction anti-collision device through technical research,and applied it in Nanyangpo Mine.Through practical application,it found that the device caused the accident rate of the trackless rubber tire vehicle.Reduced to below 3%,and achieved remarkable results.
