摘 要: | 随着环保条件越来越严格,对于汽车的轻量化的要求也随之不断提高。新材料高强度钢板的应用已经迅速展开,以QP为代表的第三代先进钢种正在在车身上广泛应用。通过QP980的材料的引入,论证冲压制造可行性,为轻量化的提升做出贡献。

Abstract: | Casual environmental conditions are becoming more and more strict,and the requirements for automobiles lightweighting are also increasing.The application of new materials and high-strength steel sheets has been rapidly developed,and the third-generation advanced steel grade represented by QP is being widely used on the vehicle body.This article is to introduce the feasibility of stamping manufacturing through the introduction of QP980 materials,and contribute to the improvement of lightweight. |
