摘    要:利用维氏硬度实验和数值模拟相结合的方法,间接得出了截齿表面各区域材料所对应的屈服强度值,建立了一种由实验硬度值HV获取截齿焊接接头等不易测量区域力学性能参数的方法。

Abstract:Using the combination of Vickers hardness physical experiment and numerical simulation,the yield strength values corresponding to the material of the tooth surface are obtained indirectly, and a method which can obtain the mechanical performance parameters of the pick′s welded joint and areas difficult to measure has been established by the experimental hardness value HV.
