构造区超前深孔预注浆关键问题探讨

针对化学浆处理工作面片帮、冒顶存在的停采、成本高昂等问题,介绍了构造区超前深孔预注浆方式,即超前工作面一定距离,在两条顺槽内向中部施工深孔钻孔进行注浆加固,并从构造区精准探测、不同构造类型加固范围和加固层位、注浆材料、注浆压力、合理注浆时机、施工质量、化学浆使用认识等7个关键问题出发,探讨了目前深孔预注浆存在的认识不足和施工质量问题,为注浆方案设计和现场实施提供了原则性依据。

Discussion on Key Problems of Advanced Deep Hole Pre-grouting in Structural Area

Aiming at the problems of stoppage and high cost of chemical pulp processing working face,the advanced deep hole pre-grouting method in the structural area is introduced,that is,the pre-working face has a certain range.A certain distance from the front working face,grouting reinforcement for deep hole drilling to the middle in the two grooves,and accurate detection from the construction area,different structural types of reinforcement range and reinforcement layer,grouting material,grouting pressure,reasonable grouting timing,construction quality,chemical pulp use awareness,etc.Starting from the problem,the shortcomings of the deep hole pre-grouting and the construction quality problems are discussed,which provides a principle basis for grouting scheme design and on-site implementation.
