液压支架立桂激光熔覆铁基合金涂层的研究

摘    要:采用4 kW半导体激光器在液压支架立柱表面进行不同熔覆速度下铁基合金粉末熔覆,分别对其稀释率、微观组织、耐蚀性能等进行分析和研究。结果表明:在熔覆层厚度均为1.5 mm左右的情况下,不同熔覆速度下,稀释率几乎不变;熔覆层均无气孔等缺陷,与基体冶金结合良好,组织致密,主要由细小发达的树枝晶组成;在质量分数为5%的NaCl溶液中均发生钝化现象,且当熔覆速度为300 mm/min时,所得到的熔覆层自腐蚀电位最高,自腐蚀电流最小,点蚀电位最高,耐腐蚀性能最好。

Abstract:Ferroalloy powder cladding was carried out on the surface of hydraulic support column by using 4 kW semiconductor laser at different cladding speed. The dilution rate, microstructure and corrosion resistance of the alloy powder were analyzed and studied respectively. The results show that when the thickness of cladding layer is about 1.5 mm, the dilution rate is almost unchanged at different cladding speeds;the cladding layer has no defects such as pore, good metallurgical bonding with the matrix, compact structure, mainly consisting of fine and developed dendrites;passivation occurs in 5%NaCl solution, and when the mass fraction is 5%. When the cladding speed is 300 mm/min, the selfcorrosion potential of the cladding layer is the highest, the self-corrosion current is the smallest, tstudy of laser cladding of Fe-based alloy coating on hydraulic support columnhe pitting corrosion potential is the highest and the corrosion resistance is the best.
