三软煤层及风氧化顶板支护技术研究

摘    要:针对晋北煤业5-101工作面轨道巷特殊的三软煤层及风化不稳定顶板地质情况,研究分析原支护方案下巷道围岩大变形的原因,并优化设计支护方案,提出采用“加密高强锚杆+注浆锚索”的巷道支护方法。通过对巷道变形进行监测,顶底板和两帮最大变形分别控制在150mm和200mm以内,验证新支护方案可以有效地减小巷道围岩变形,提高稳定性,为相似巷道的支护设计提供参考。

Abstract:In view of the special geological conditions of three soft coal seams and weathered unstable roof in the track roadway in in the track roadway of 5-101 working face of jinbei coal industry,the causes of large deformation of roadway surrounding rock under the original support scheme were studied and analyzed,and the support scheme was optimized,and the method of"encrypt high strength bolt+grouting cable anchor"was put forward.Through monitoring the roadway deformation,the maximum deformation of roof and floor and both sides was controlled within 150mm and 200mm respectively,it is verified that the new support scheme can effectively reduce the roadway surrounding rock deformation,improve the stability,and provide a reference for the support design of similar roadways.
