基于Romax行星齿轮传动振动特性仿真分析

摘    要:以某行星齿轮传动为研究对象,分析行星齿轮传动原理;建立行星齿轮三维模型,导入仿真软件Romax对行星齿轮传动模态、固定内齿圈振动加速度、振动速度等振动特性进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明:行星齿轮传动不同阶数下的振动频率、振型和振动总位移不同;行星齿轮传动固定内齿圈的振动加速度、振动速度都呈现在某一均值波动的情况。该研究为避免行星齿轮传动发生共振、减小振动噪声及增加疲劳寿命提供理论依据。

Abstract:A planetary gear transmission has been taken as the research object,and the planetary gear transmission principle has been analyzed;the three-dimensional model of the planetary gear has been established,and has been introduced to the simulation software Romax to simulate and analyze vibration characteristics such as the mode and vibration acceleration and vibration speed of the fixed internal ring gear for the planetary gear transmission.The simulation results show that the vibration frequency,vibration mode shape and total vibration displacement of the planetary gear transmission are different under different orders;the vibration acceleration and vibration velocity of the fixed internal ring gear of the planetary gear transmission are all in a certain mean fluctuation.The research provides a theoretical basis for the resonance avoidance,the reduction of vibration noise and the increase of fatigue life of the planetary gear transmission.
