叶轮5轴加工方法及制造工艺研究

摘    要:航空工业作为一个国家综合实力的象征,在航空零部件当中,航空喷气发动机是飞机的主要动力部件,而喷气发动机的主要部件就是叶轮、叶片。航空发动机的制造技术高低已成为一个国家科技实力的标准,所以叶轮、叶片的制造加工技术的研究,对各类型飞机、军事装备、汽车、船只和民用设备等等有着重要的研究价值,并且对经济和国防有着重要的战略意义。在分析5轴加工的功能、特点和应用喷气式发动机叶轮的运作原理和结构特征的基础上,编制了叶轮5轴加工的加工工艺和程序。

Research on Five Axis Machining Method and Manufacturing Technology of Jet Engine Impeller
Abstract:As a symbol of national comprehensive strength,aero-jet engine is the main power component of aircraft,and the main components of jet engine are impeller and blade.The manufacturing technology of aero-engine has become the standard of a country's scientific and technological strength.Therefore,the research on manufacturing technology of impeller and blade has important research value for all kinds of aircraft,military equipment,automobile,ship and civil equipment,and has important strategic significance for economy and national defense.Based on the analysis of the functions and characteristics of five-axis machining and the application of the operating principle and structural characteristics of jet engine impeller,the machining process and program for five-axis machining of impeller are compiled.
