小煤柱大巷切顶卸压试验研究

摘    要:针对赵庄二号井2103大巷保护煤柱宽度大、变形严重的问题,选取190m试验段,进行了切顶高度设计、钻孔设计、装药设计等,进行了现场爆破切顶试验和效果考察。结果表明:切顶卸压为减小煤柱宽度、维护大巷稳定的有效途径;确定切顶高度40m,倾斜钻孔长度41.5m,钻孔间距2m;2303工作面停采后,30d内巷道变形基本结束,两帮累计移近量220mm,顶板下沉量50mm,与前期不切顶段对比,巷道变形量减小80%以上,煤柱宽度减小70%,效果显著。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of large width and serious deformation of the protective coal pillar in the 2103 main roadway of Zhaozhuang No.2 well,the 190m test section was selected,and the cutting height design,drilling design and charge design were carried out,and the on-site blasting cutting test and effect were carried out.Inspection.The results show that the top-loading pressure relief is an effective way to reduce the width of the coal pillar and maintain the stability of the roadway.The height of the cutting roof is 40m,the length of the inclined drilling hole is 41.5m,and the drilling distance is 2m.After the stoppage of 2303 working face,The deformation of the roadway is basically finished within 30d.The cumulative displacement of the two gangs is 220mm,and the subsidence of the roof is 50mm.Compared with the previous non-cutting section,the deformation of the roadway is reduced by more than 80%,and the width of the coal pillar is reduced by 70%.The effect is remarkable.
