超大采高采煤机智能诊断电气控制系统研究

摘    要:煤矿装备智能化是实现煤炭工业高质量发展的核心技术支撑,采煤机作为三机配套设备之一,其智能化的程度直接影响煤矿装备智能化的发展。为了解决厚煤层及特厚煤层的开采,设计了一种基于Runtime实时操作系统的超大采高采煤机电控系统。详细介绍了电控系统架构,电控箱结构及器件布置原则,分析研究了自适应控制、惯性导航系统、在线监测及故障诊断等智能化采煤机关键技术。该电控系统在神东上湾煤矿8.8m超大采高采煤机中等到了应用,现场应用效果良好,同时实现了智能化诊断的目标。

Research on electrical control system of super high coal shearer

Abstract:The intelligentization of coal mine equipment is the core technical support for high-quality development of coal industry.The shearer is one of the three-machine supporting equipment,and its intelligent degree directly affects the development of intelligent equipment in coal mines.Aiming at mining of thick coal seam and extra-thick coal seam,an electronic control system is designed for super-large coal mining height based on Runtime real-time operating system.The electric control system framework,the electric control box structure and the devices layout principles is introduced,and the key technologies of the intelligent shearer such as self-adaptive control,inertial navigation system,online monitoring and fault diagnosis are studied.This electronic control system has been applied to Shendong Shangwan Coal Mine’s 8.8 m super-high coal shearer,and the field application effect is favorable,and intelligent diagnosis is realized.
