摘    要:针对辊压机行星减速器行星架在运行过程中出现强度不足、疲劳损坏等问题,介绍了行星减速器的组成部分,然后对行星架进行受力分析。在此基础上,利用三维建模软件SolidWorks建立了行星架有限元模型,使用有限元分析软件ANSYS对行星架进行有限元分析,并且在保证行星架强度和刚度的约束条件下,以轻量化为目标提出2种新型结构以进行优化设计,优化后的行星架质量减轻了10.98%,为JXG型减速器行星架结构的优化设计提供新的思路与理论依据。

Abstract:In view of the problems of insufficient strength and fatigue damage during the use of the planet carrier in planetary reducer for the roller press,introduced the components of the planetary reducer,and then analyzed the force of the planet carrier. Based on this,the finite element model of the planet carrier was established by using SolidWorks,and the finite element analysis of the planet carrier was carried out by ANSYS software. Under the constraint condition of ensuring the strength and rigidity of the planet carrier,two new structures were proposed with the goal of lightweight for optimized design.The optimized planet carrier quality was reduced by 10.98%,which provides a new theoretical basis for the rational design of the planet carrier structure.
