输送机减速器的断轴分析

摘    要:某煤矿输送机减速器在工作过程中输入轴发生断裂,采用外观分析、染料渗透检查、化学成分分析、硬度检测、微观检验及有限元分析等方法,对该输入轴的断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明:该输入轴断裂属于热处理不当引起的多源低应力弯扭组合变形疲劳断裂。

Abstract:The input shaft of a coal mine conveyor reducer broke during operation. The fracture causes of the input shaft were analyzed by the methods of appearance analysis,dye penetrant inspection, chemical composition analysis,hardness testing,microscopic inspection and finite element analysis. The results show that the fracture of the input shaft is belong to the multi-source low stress bending torsion combined deformation fatigue fracture caused by improper heat treatment.
