煤矿综采工作面高抽巷通风技术研究

摘    要:针对U型通风方式存在的回风隅角瓦斯浓度偏高等问题,本文首先对高抽巷的瓦斯抽采原理进行了分析,然后对高抽巷与回风巷的垂直距离和水平距离等参数进行了公式计算,得出高抽巷的最佳层位参数,最后利用FLUENT软件模拟分析了高抽巷对U型通风方式下工作面巷道和采空区的瓦斯浓度分布的影响,结果表明增加高抽巷后可有效避免回风隅角瓦斯聚集,保障生产安全性和工作面瓦斯浓度控制的稳定性。

Abstract:In view of the high gas concentration of the return air angle in the U-type ventilation mode.Firstly,the principle of gas drainage in high-drainage roadway is analyzed,and then the high The vertical distance and horizontal distance of the pumping lane and the return airway are calculated by formula,and the optimal horizon parameters of the high pumping lane are obtained.Finally,the FLUENT software is used to simulate and analyze the roadway of the high draft roadway under the U-shaped ventilation mode.And the influence of the gas concentration distribution in the goaf,the results show that after the high pumping lane is increased,the gas accumulation of the return air angle can be effectively avoided,and the production safety and the stability of the gas concentration control of the working face are guaranteed.
