液压支架试验台设计

摘    要:液压支架是煤矿井下采掘工作面重要的组成部分,但由于液压支架相关的检测装置还不完善,极大地阻碍了其新产品的研发和综合性能的提高。因此,目前急需研制新一代的智能液压支架检测装置以此提高其整体的性能。主要对液压支架试验台系统组成中的台架、辅助系统、电控系统等进行了阐述,其中重点介绍了电控系统的全自动智能化结构和整个试验台的技术特点。

Abstract:Hydraulic support is an important part of underground mining face in coal mine. However,the detection device of hydraulic support is still not perfect, which greatly hinders the development of new products and the improvement of comprehensive performance. Therefore, it is urgent to develop a new generation of intelligent hydraulic support detection device to improve its overall performance. The test-bed, auxiliary system and electronic control system of hydraulic support test-bed system were described. The fully automatic intelligent structure of the electronic control system and the technical characteristics of the whole test-bed were mainly introduced.
