基于ANSYS Workbench刮板输送机有限元仿真分析

摘    要:针对刮板输送机易发生掉链、跳链等问题,以某型刮板输送机为研究对象,运用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对刮板输送机机头部链传动系统中的链轮、链轮传动轴、链轮传动轴支撑轴承等重要零部件等效应力和等效弹性应变进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明:刮板输送机机头部链传动系统中的链轮、链轮传动轴、链轮传动轴支撑轴承等重要零部件等效应力对应的安全系数都较大,对应的静态强度安全系数均大于5,满足实际和极端工况下的强度要求;对应的等效弹性应变都较小,满足实际和极端工况下的刚度要求。该研究为刮板输送机结构优化、传动效率提升、综合传动和力学性能的改善等提供理论依据。

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of chain breakage and chain jump which are easy to occur on the scraper conveyor,a certain type of scraper conveyor has been regarded as the research object,and the equivalent stress and equivalent elastic strain in the head chain drive system for the scraper conveyor important parts such as drive shaft and sprocket drive shaft support bearing were simulated and analyzed by the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench. The simulation results show that the safety factors to the equivalent stress of the sprocket,sprocket drive shaft and sprocket drive shaft support bearing in the head chain drive system of the scraper conveyor are larger,and the corresponding static strengths are safe. The safety factor are all greater than 5 to meet the strength requirements under actual and extreme conditions;the equivalent elastic strains are small to meet the stiffness requirements under actual and extreme conditions. The research provides a theoretical basis for the structure optimized,the transmission efficiency improved,the comprehensive transmission and mechanical properties improvement of the scraper conveyor.
