煤矿井下巷道快速洒水冲尘装置的研制与应用

摘    要:针对煤矿井下主要采用人工冲洗巷道沉积煤尘且巷道内浮游粉尘定点治理存在局限性的现状,研制了纯机械结构的快速洒水冲尘装置,并基于使用地点的粉尘特性研制了洒水冲尘专用湿润剂。通过现场应用,该快速洒水冲尘装置治理巷道沉积粉尘效果显著,并可充分润湿巷道底板,避免二次扬尘,大大提高了井下洒水冲尘效率。未添加湿润剂时巷道内浮尘的平均降尘效率达到73.1%,添加湿润剂后平均降尘效率达到82.6%。

Abstract:In view of the current situation that coal dust on the roadways is mainly deposited by manual flushing in domestic coal mines,and the limitations of fixed-point treatment of floating dust in roadways,a rapid sprinkler and dust removal device with pure mechanical structure was developed,and a special wetting agent for sprinkler and dust removal was developed based on the dust characteristics of the place of use.Through field application,the rapid sprinkler and dust washer has remarkable effect in controlling deposited dust in roadway,and can wet the roadway floor sufficiently to avoid secondary dust raising,thus greatly improving the efficiency of sprinkler and dust washer in the underground coal mine.When no wetting agent was added,the average dust removal efficiency of floating dust in roadway reached 73.1%,and 82.6%after adding wetting agent.
