固贤煤矿工业场地位置选择及开拓方案设计

摘    要:为了合理确定固贤煤矿工业场地位置和井田开拓方案,根据固贤煤矿煤层赋存条件和开采技术条件、采煤方法以及地面外部建设条件等因素,本着合理开发、简化开拓系统、减少井巷工程量、保证矿井生产采区正常接替等原则,提出了田家会场地和官荘村场地2个工业场地选址方案,并详细分析了两个工业场地优缺点,最终确定田家会场地为矿井工业场地,并在田家会工业场地的基础上提出采用"斜立混合开拓+无轨运输"的井田开拓方案。结果表明,该井田开拓方式以实现资源利用最大化,使得经济效益显著提升,促进了科学、均衡生产,为煤矿可持续发展奠定了基础。

Abstract:In order to determine the location of Guxian coal mine industrial site and mine development plan reasonably, according to the coal seam occurrence conditions, mining technology conditions, mining methods and external ground construction conditions of Guxian coal mine, and based on the principles of reasonable development and simplification of development system, reduction of the quantities of shaft and lane works, and normal replacement of mine production and mining areas, tianjiahui site and Guanpeng village site 2 are proposed Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the two industrial sites, tianjiahui site was finally determined as the mine industrial site, and on the basis of tianjiahui industrial site, the mine development plan of "inclined mixed development + trackless transportation" was proposed. The results show that the exploitation mode of the mine field can maximize the utilization of resources, improve the economic benefits, promote the scientific and balanced production, and lay a foundation for the sustainable development of the coal mine.
