| 摘 要： | 螺杆钻具是煤矿井下定向钻进的主要孔内动力钻具。针对在硬质岩层定向钻进中的工艺匹配和工艺参数优化问题,以某型螺杆钻具为例,分析了螺杆钻具的理论特性和测试工作特性。从硬岩钻进的特点出发,讨论了岩石荷载与钻速的关系,给出了螺杆钻具在硬岩中钻进的工艺参数设计方法。通过在淮南某矿的应用,阐明了工艺参数优化的过程,总结出了螺杆钻具在实际工作状态下给进力和压降的关系。

| Abstract: | Screw drilling tool is the main in-hole power drilling tool for directional drilling in underground coal mine. Aiming at the problems of process matching and process parameter optimization in directional drilling in hard rock stratum,taking a certain type of screw drilling tool as an example,the theoretical and testing characteristics of the screw drilling tool were analyzed. Based on the characteristics of hard rock drilling,the relationship between rock load and drilling speed was discussed,and the design method of drilling parameters for screw drilling tools in hard rock was given. Through the application in a mine in Huainan,the optimization process of process parameters was explained, and the relationship between feed force and pressure drop of screw drilling tools under actual working conditions was summarized. |
