| 摘 要： | 以邻硝基氯苯为起始原料,经羟基化、烷基化,再在强碱性介质中用锌粉还原.酸性介质中重排,合成了非诱变性染料中间体3,3'-二丙氧基联苯胺和3,3'-二丁氧基联苯胺.对各步反应产物分别应用HPLC、IR、NMR、MS等仪器分析测定,确认了分子结构.此类联苯胺衍生物在国内尚未见文献报道.

| Abstract: | 3,3'- Diproxy - 4,4'- benzidine and 3,3'- Dibutoxy - 4,4'- benzidine were synthesized from raw material 2 - nitrochlorobenzene via hydroxylation, alkylatlon, alkali reduction, acid rearrangement. The molecular structures of reaction products were confirmed by HPLC, IR, NMR and MS. These intermediates are not being reported in China so far. |
