云南山区风能资源观测数据订正方法初探

摘    要:云南省地处青藏高原的东南部,属山地高原地形,山区面积占全省土地总面积的94%,其风能资源主要由风速的地形效应形成,风能资源较为丰富的地区一般位于海拔较高的山地。风能资源评估中,对于验证后的测风数据,须根据风电场附近气象站等长期测站观测数据,用相关分析的方法将其订正为一套反映风电场长期平均水平的代表性数据,要求长期测站与风电场现场测风数据的相关性较好,且长期测站与风场应具有相似的地形条件,方能用于数据订正。但在地形起伏较大、气象站点往往位于坝区且分布相对稀少的云南省,难以达到以上要求,风速相关系数都偏低,数据订正工作面临着很大的困难。本文针对这一情况,结合建设中的大风坝风电场,立足于大量的合理性分析,对数据订正方法进行了初步探讨。

Discussion on Correction Methods of Wind Measurement Datum in the Yunnan Mountain Area

Abstract:Yunnan Province locates on southeast to Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, being characterized by terrain of mountains and plateau. Mountainous area accounts for 94% of the whole terra area in Yunnan Province, where wind resources come into being mainly by topographic effect on wind. Generally wind resourceful areas in Yunnan lie on the mountains which have high elevation. Wind resource assessment requires a series of representative datum which can show the long-term state of the wind farm. The representative datum mentioned above is obtained through the wind measurement datum correction, according to correlation analysis between the datum of the wind farm and the long-term-measured station, such as meteorologic station, nearby the wind farm. Here the wind measurement datum must be validated in advance. The work of wind measurement datum correction can be performed, needing relatively large correlation coefficient and similar topography between the wind farm and the long-term-measured station. However, in the area of Yunnan which is of great topographical irregularity and poor number of meteorologic stations which are generally situated on flatland, the correlation coefficient is generally too little to be up to the mustard. It is confronted with great difficulty about wind measurement datum correction for most of the programming wind farms in Yunnan Province. In this paper, directing towards above problem it is conducted the discussion on correction methods of wind measurement datum, combined with the constructing Dafengba wind farm, established in abundant rationality analysis.
