摘    要:以乙二胺(EDA)为模板剂、粗孔硅胶或白碳黑为硅源,在水相极浓体系中合成了高结晶度ZSM-35沸石。利用XRD、SEM、IR和TG-DTA等仪器表征了该法合成样品的物理化学特性,并详细考察了模板剂的用量、晶化时间等因素对合成的影响。研究结果表明,以该法合成的ZSM-35沸石模板剂具有EDA用量少、晶化时间较短和所得沸石结晶度高等特点。

Abstract:Highly-crystallized zeolite ZSM-35 was synthesized in extremely dense aqueous system using ethylenediamine (EDA) and solid silica gel or fumed silica as the template and silica source, respectively. Physicochemical properties of the as-made ZSM-35 samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, IR and TG-DTA techniques. Influence of the amount of template and crystallization time on the crystallinity of the samples was investigated. Experimental results showed that the ZSM-35 samples synthesized in extremely dense aqueous system feature high crystallinity, short crystallization time and reduced template amount.
