高温高压流变仪伺服机械增压装置压力控制研究

摘    要:介绍一种伺服机械增压装置,该装置采用控制永磁同步电机转矩的方法,实现对系统压力的控制。建立该装置的数学模型,确定压力控制系统的电流、压力双闭环控制方案。采用结构简单、易实现的PI控制器实现系统的整定,给出各环节参数的整定方法。用Matlab/Simulink对系统进行仿真,仿真结果表明系统响应速度快,控制精度满足要求。

Abstract:A servo mechanical supercharger was introduced which controlled the system's pressure by controlling the torque of the Permanent magnet synchronous motor.The mathematical model for this equipment was established,and the scheme of current-feedback,pressure-feedback in pressure control system was presented.To match high performance,the control system was tuned by PI controllers that had the characteristics of simple structure and easy to realize,and the tuning steps of each unit were described.Simulation of t...
