三水箱综合实验仿真平台的设计与应用

摘    要:基于力控组态软件、Excel实时数据库和Matlab语言构建了一个三水箱系统的液位综合实验仿真平台.在综合实验仿真平台中,利用Matlab/Simulink完成三水箱开环系统的建模与仿真过程,选取Excel作为Matlab和力控组态软件通讯之间的动态数据库,利用DDE协议实现了数据传输等功能.最后利用力控组态软件实现三水箱系统的闭环控制、实时监控与报警等功能.

Abstract:A comprehensive experiment and simulation platform of levels of three-tank system based on forcecontrol configuration software,Excel and Matlab was designed.In this platform,Matlab/Simulink implements the modeling and simulation process of the three tank open loop system,Excel plays as a dynamic database for forcecontrol application and Matlab computation.These three parts connect through DDE protocol as data transfer too.Finally,forcecontrol application implements functions of close loop control,real-time monitoring and alarm etc.of the three-tank system.
