基于DSP的软开关焊接电源研究

摘    要:研究一种基于DSP的软开关大功率焊接电源,给出基于零电压开关(ZVZCS)PWM DC/DC变换器的主电路拓扑结构,并分析其工作原理.设计了以DSP为核心的控制系统,并给出其控制程序流程图.通过实验可知,采用TMS320F2812型DSP使数字化焊接电源的波形控制能力更为精确,系统更加紧凑,保证了运行的实时性和稳定性.

Abstract:An welding power supply of soft-switching based on DSP is introduced.The topology of the main circuit based on zero-voltage zero-current switching(ZVZCS)PWM DC/DC convertor is presented.The control principle is analysed,the control circuit based on DSP is designed besides,and the program flow chart is presented.Using of TMS320F2812 DSP can optimize the control of the waveform for the power supply,make the system more compact and also meet the demand on real-time character and flexibility.
