摘    要:小浪底水利工程运行后 ,将在较大程度上改变黄河孟津—花园口间水沙情势 ,同时对水环境带来一系列变化。在孟津—花园口段水环境污染现状调查与评价的基础上 ,结合区域工业和人口发展规划 ,分析研究区域水沙情势在工程运行前后的变化 ,预测小浪底水库运行后水环境的变化趋势和影响 ,为黄河水污染防治规划与水环境管理、水资源调度决策提供科学依据。

Abstract:The Xiaoliangdi project will greatly improve the water sand regime of Menghua section of the Yellow River and bring about a series of changes in water environment.On the basis of investigation and assessment of current water environment pollution in this area,in consideration of the regional industry and population development,analysis is conducted of the changes of water sand regime before and after the operation of the project in the area,and the influence is predicted of the Xiaolangdi reservoir on water environment,providing a scientific basis for the design of pollution control,management of water environment and allocation of water resources.
