激光点火药剂在长贮时的性能变化研究

摘    要:通过激光点火性能试验和差热分析(DTA),对点火药剂B/KNO3在长贮过程中性能的变化进行了研究。研究结果表明,点火药剂在密封的保干器内放置8个月后,其激光点火感度明显提高,点火延迟时间转折点出现的能量密度变大;B/KNO3放热量由1.86kJ.g-1提高到3.11 kJ.g-1,B/KNO3/酚醛树脂的放热量由2.21kJ.g-1提高到3.48 kJ.g-1。

Abstract:The changes in performance of B/KNO3 were studied by detecting the laser ignition performance and DTA.It was shown that after preserving in a desiccator for 8 months,the laser ignition sensitivity of the powder increased greatly.The turning point appeared under higher energy density in delay time curve.DTA also showed that exothermic value of the powder enhanced very much.The exothermic value of B/KNO3 ranges from 1.86kJ.g-1 to 3.11 kJ.g-1.By addition of 0.5% phenolic resin,the exothermic value further increases ranging between 2.21kJ.g-1 and 3.48kJ.g-1.
