新型甜味剂纽甜研究进展

摘    要:纽甜是一种新型、非营养型、高甜度甜味剂,全面介绍了纽甜的物理和化学性质、生产方法和使用特性等。重点论述了以阿斯巴甜为前体物质的纽甜制备工艺,及该工艺中使用到的关键原料3,3-二甲基丁醛的制备过程。纽甜特性优良,应用前景广阔,有很好市场需求,加快其研发进度对我国甜味剂市场有着重要意义。

Abstract:Neotame is a new non-nutritive high-intensity sweetener.The physical and chemical properties,production methods and features in application of neotame are introduced.The process for its preparation from aspartame precursor including the process for preparing 3,3-demethylbutyraldehyde,the key raw material,is studied.The neotame's character is excellent,its application prospect is wider,there has very good market demand.Accelerating its research and development progress have the vital significance to our country sweetener market.
