低碳铌钢热变形后的组织预测和控制

摘    要:采用Gleeble 15 0 0热模拟机测定低碳铌钢的奥氏体连续冷却转变曲线 ,对钢板热变形后的冷却过程进行了非稳态导热分析 ,并据此预测钢板以不同方式冷却后的组织。上海五钢集团现场热轧控冷试验表明 ,预测结果与实验结果吻合得很好。实物台架试验表明 ,细小多边形铁素体组织的钢板具有更高的疲劳性能。

Abstract:Continuous cooling transfomation (CCT) curves were measured for 10Nb steel in Gleeble 1500 hot simulator.The unstable heat conduction process of 10Nb steel plates after hot deformation was analyzed and the corresponding microstructures obtained after different cooling processes were also predicted.Prediction meets fairly well with experimental results obtained in No 5 Steel Company(group).Saddle test also shows that the steel plate with fine and polygonal ferrite structure possesses long fatigue life.
