弧齿锥齿轮传动系统的耦合振动分析

摘    要:基于集中参数理论,建立了弧齿锥齿轮的多自由度弯曲-扭转-轴向移动-扭摆等耦合振动的三维空间动力学模型。模型中考虑了传动轴和轴承的弹性变形以及齿轮的啮合刚度激励、误差激励和啮合冲击激励。在此基础上,对弧齿锥齿轮传动系统的动态响应进行了数值仿真分析,得到系统的动态响应。

Abstract:Based on the theory of the concentrated parameter, a three- dimensional dynamic model with multiple degrees of freedom for coupling vibration of a spiral bevel gear transmission system was developed, in which the flexional, torsional, axial and rotational motions were considered. The elastic deformation of the transmission shaft and the bearing, the drive of the mesh toughness, error and mesh impact were considered in the model. On this foundation, the dynamic response of the spiral bevel gear transmission system was analyzed using numerical simulation method, and the dynamic response of the system was received.
