HDPE—g—MAH对填充体系增容作用的研究

摘    要:研究了以聚乙烯/马亚酸酐接枝共聚物(HDPE-g-MAH)作为相容剂的HDPE/CaCO3填充体系,通过对填充物的二甲苯萃取试验发现:接枝聚乙烯大分子链上的马来酸酐基团在熔融填充过程中与CaCO3填料表面形成了一定的化学结合,改善了树脂与填料之间的界面亲和性,起到了增容作用。担伸与冲击性能测定表明增容填充体系的力学性能明显提高。

Abstract:HDPE/CaCO3 filling system using HDPE-g-MAH as compatibilizer was studied. By xylcnc extraction test of filler, it was found that there was some chemical combination between malcic anhydride grafted on HDPE backbone chain and CaCO3 filler surface in process of melt filling, which improved intcrfacial affinity and compatibility between the resin and the filler. The tensile and impact property tests indicated that mechanical properties of compatibilizing filling system were improved obviously .
