摘    要:介绍了对聚酰胺(PA)粘合剂/聚乙烯(PE)三层复合膜的再生技术研究情况。运用正交设计实验方法进行了配方选择,采用方差分析方法进行了可靠性验证。选出的最佳配方具有良好的成膜性和加工性能,膜的综合力学性能良好,还通过偏光显微镜对体系进行了形态分析,证实了加相容剂的体系分散更均匀,分散相颗粒尺寸变小,增容效果明显。

Abstract:The research situation of reworking technology of PA/adhcsivc/PE three-layer composite film was reviewed. The formulation was chosen by orthogonal design experiment method, and the reliability was examined by variance analysis. The chosen optimum formulation had good film reforming properties, processing properties, complex mechanical properties of film. The morphology of system was analysed by polarized microscope, and the result showed that adding compatilizcr to system the dispersion was better, the size of particle in dispersed part got smaller, compatilizing effect was obvious.
