印染废水脱色菌的培育及脱色工艺的研究

摘    要:从印染厂的活性污泥中筛选分离出了一株染料脱色优势菌X3,X3在培养72小时后生长量达到最大值;最适宜的生长温度为33℃,最适宜的pH值为7。探讨了该菌在不同的温度pH值培养时间染料浓度等条件下对兰纳素藏青B-01染料脱色的情况获得了该菌降解废水中染料的最适条件。

Abstract:A dye decolorizing germ X3 was sieved and separated from reactive mire, the maximum amount of the germ X3 was got by cultivating for 72 hours at the optimum temperature of 33iae and pH 7. The decoloration of Lanasol Navy B-01 by the germ in different conditions, such as temperature, pH, cultivation time, and concentration of dye was investigated. The optimum condition for decolorizing dyeing wastewater with the germ was obtained.
