军用电子设备的维修性预计方法

摘    要:为提高军用电子设备的可用性,对其维修性预计方法进行研究.探究维修性物理模型和数学模型,分析维修性预计常用方法的特点和适用范围,在此基础上提出基层级平均修复时间的预计思路,研究总结符合工程实际需求的、可操作性强的基层级平均修复时间预计流程,并通过实例进行应用分析.结果表明:该方法可指导设计师更准确地对设备的维修性指标进行预计,为维修性设计提供支持.

Maintainability Prediction Method of Military Electronic Equipment
Abstract:In order to improve the usability of military electronic equipment, the maintainability prediction method is studied. Explore the maintainability physical model and mathematical model, analyze the characteristics and application of the commonly used maintainability prediction methods. On this basis, put forward the prediction idea about mean time to repair of organizational-level, and summarize the mean repair time prediction process, which meets the engineering demand and has strong operability. Then the application analysis is carried out by example. The results show that the method can guide designers to predict the equipment's maintainability index more accurately, and provide support for maintainability design.
