| 摘 要： | 本文根据YX—UXOI型缸套加工自动线工艺流程,采用可编程序控制器新技术解决了原传统“继电——接触器”控制中存在故障率高,自动化水平低问题,特别是利用软件编程,较好地解决了故障报警,步进循环、安全退刀等技术问题。

| Abstract: | Based on the technical process in the automatic machining line for cylinder sleeves, this article introduces some means of how to solve the problems of high breakdown rate and low automation standard in the traditional "Contactor-Relay "control systems with the programmable controller especially for solving the techniacl problems such as breakdown alarm,step-by-step cycle and safely cutting tool back by software programming. |
