薄壳后桥铸件充型凝固数值模拟研究

摘    要:运用MAGMA软件对后桥铸件进行了充型凝固数值模拟分析。并作了现场跟踪试验。证明,MAGMA软件对铸造工艺优化设计有良好的评价功能。能准确地反映铸件的实际状况,预测可能产生的综孔缩松、热裂等铸造缺陷及产生缺陷的部位。

Abstract:The thesis simulates the filling and concretion for the casting of tractors chassis by MAGMA. Moreover, the thesis introduces the report of tracking test on the spot. MAGMA is basically coincident for optimizing the technology of casting. The thesis succeeds to simulate for casting's mold filling and solidification by MAGMA and reflect practical status for the concretionary numerical simulation of casting's mold filling well and truly, and forecast potential shrinkage,hot cracking and so on. It proves it is effective and feadible for the founding technics to optimize by making use of numerical simulative technique.
