一种频率测量片上系统设计与实现

摘    要:随着集成电路技术的飞速发展,片上系统SOC已经成为发展的必然趋势,IP复用、Top—Down自顶向下设计、软硬件协同设计与验证等更是SOC设计中的关键技术。介绍了Top—Down设计方法和基于IP重用的SOC 设计技术,并基于FPGA设计和实现一种频率测量片上系统。经验证,该系统运行正常,测试结果令人满意。

Abstract:With the development of integrated circuit technology, more and more research work is concentrated on the technology of SOC (system on chip). However, IP reuse, Top-Down design method, software/hardware co-design and certification are the key technology of SOC design. This paper presents Top-Down design method and design technology of SOC based on reuse briefly, and expounds the basic idea and technology of SOC on the basis of FPGA design and implements a frequency measurement system in SOC. It is proved that the system runs in normal mode and the test result is satisfied.
