一种频率测量片上系统设计与实现

随着集成电路技术的飞速发展,片上系统SOC已经成为发展的必然趋势,IP复用、Top—Down自顶向下设计、软硬件协同设计与验证等更是SOC设计中的关键技术。介绍了Top—Down设计方法和基于IP重用的SOC 设计技术,并基于FPGA设计和实现一种频率测量片上系统。经验证,该系统运行正常,测试结果令人满意。

Design and Implementation of Frequency Measurement System based on SOC

With the development of integrated circuit technology, more and more research work is concentrated on the technology of SOC (system on chip). However, IP reuse, Top-Down design method, software/hardware co-design and certification are the key technology of SOC design. This paper presents Top-Down design method and design technology of SOC based on reuse briefly, and expounds the basic idea and technology of SOC on the basis of FPGA design and implements a frequency measurement system in SOC. It is proved that the system runs in normal mode and the test result is satisfied.
