Trouble in Furnace Condition and Treatment of No.1 1880 m3 BF in Laiwu Steel

Laiwu Steel No.1 1 880 m3 BF was trouble in furnace condition during the recovery period after repair work,the main reasons were as follows: much equipment fault,irrational burden distribution matrix,increasing of Al2O3 in slag,operation fault and so on.By using hot furnace purging,promoting the quality of raw material and adjusting burden distribution matrix,the furnace condition restored normal,It is indicated by this treatment: loading should not too soon when down lost time,insuring the burden distribution parameters accurate,enhance the management of raw material.
