啤酒感官质量计算机模糊综合评判的数值算法

摘    要:在啤酒GB-4927-91质量标准基础上,建立了啤酒感官质量标准的一级模糊综合评判模型,提出并设计出适合计算机模糊综合评判的数值算法,用此算法设计的一级模糊综合评判FORTRAN语言处理程序,经过在FACOM M340S计算机上的实际运行,与实际评判结果具有很好的一致性,而且使评判结果更为准确。

Abstract:Based on quality standard GB4927-91 of beer,a gradual fuzzy comprehensive judgement modeI to the sense-organ quality of beer is set up,and a suitable method of calculating fuzzy comprehensive judgement with computer is suggested.The FORTRAN Ianguage programme for the first grade fuzzy comprehensive judgement by this method is worked out and run on PACOM M 340S computer.The result is identical with those of the practical judgement and even morea accurate than those ordinary methods.
